Your own department group
Your departments share one group with its own admins, who see only your labs, studies, courses and students.
New labs confirmed by you
A new lab in your departments waits until one of your admins confirms it, and its studies stay drafts until then.
Studies reviewed before they go live
Course-credit and paid studies can wait for your review, and you can require the principal investigator’s sign-off first.
Course-credit pools and courses
Set each pool’s credits per hour, no-show rules and prescreen, then add courses with each instructor and credit target.
Credit reports
Each course has a report of every student’s confirmed and reportable credits, with a CSV you can download at any time.
Student support
Find a student by name, email or UCLA UID, then fix a credit, excuse a no-show, move credit between courses or cancel an appointment.
How it works
Get in touch
Email us the departments you want to include and the UCLA email of your first admin.
We set up your group
We add your departments and invite your first admin. From Settings, they add co-admins and course-credit pools. Labs already in your departments move to your group.
Labs join and you confirm them
Researchers choose your department when they set up a lab, and the lab waits in your Review queue until one of your admins confirms it.
